Is the honey raw and unfiltered?

Yes. SANA VitaHoney uses 100% raw, unfiltered honey as the base for every spoon. Raw honey retains its natural enzymes, amino acids, B vitamins, and polyphenol antioxidants that are destroyed by heat-processing. We never use pasteurized or heavily filtered honey.

Do SANA VitaHoney spoons contain refined sugar or artificial additives?

No. We follow a strict clean-label approach: 0% refined sugar, 0% artificial syrups, 0% synthetic dyes or fillers. The sweetness in every spoon comes entirely from raw honey. Every additional ingredient is a natural botanical, vitamin, or functional compound.

Are the spoons suitable for vegans?

Can I use honey spoons in hot tea?

Yes, as long as the water is warm rather than boiling. We recommend letting your tea cool slightly from boiling (under 40°C / 104°F) before stirring in your spoon. Very high temperatures can degrade some of the delicate enzymes naturally present in raw honey.

When is the best time to take each spoon?

Do I need to refrigerate the honey spoons?

No. Honey spoons should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigeration is not necessary and may cause the honey to harden.
